| Out-of-County Fee | IRS Rate + $20/hr | 2026 IRS mileage rates + an hourly "transit fee" for time spent driving. |
The Mobile Experience

- Acoustic Treatment: We bring portable sound shielding to minimize room reflections and capture clean, dry takes.
- Full Engineering: Just like our Santa Ana HQ, you get a dedicated pro to handle the tracking, gain staging, and session management.
Travel & Logistics
- The 20-Mile Rule: Travel within 20 miles of our Santa Ana HQ is completely free.
- Extended Travel: For locations further than 20 miles, a small gas/travel fee will be applied (calculated at checkout or billed separately based on mileage).
- Setup/Teardown: We arrive 15 minutes early to set up. Your hourly clock only starts once we are ready to hit record.
